Michael H. Todisco

Michael is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Hueston Hennigan LLP. His practice focuses on high-stakes business disputes and complex litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a Senior Editor for the Stanford Law Review. His student note, Share and Share Alike? Considering Racial Discrimination in the Nascent Room-Sharing Economy, 67 Stan. L. Rev. O. 121 (2015), received a 2016 Burton Award for Legal Writing. Mr. Todisco completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame where he earned a B.A. in History.
