Matthew Kaiser is a litigation associate whose practice comprises high-stakes commercial litigation. Mr. Kaiser has represented Silicon Valley technology companies, video game publishers, a private lender, and Sumner M. Redstone, Chairman Emeritus of Viacom Inc. and CBS Corporation, in matters involving breach of contract and fiduciary duty, corporate governance, fraudulent transfer, invasion of privacy, and theft of trade secrets.

Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Mr. Kaiser served as a law clerk for the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School summa cum laude, where he was elected Order of the Coif and served as an Articles Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. While attending law school, Mr. Kaiser served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and for the Honorable Justice Fred Woods of the California Court of Appeal, Second District.
