Forbes: Plaintiffs Prevail, SFX Heads to Trial


A California federal judge has ruled that the world's largest electronic music company, SFX Entertainment, Inc. and its Chairman and CEO Robert F.X. Sillerman, must face trial this October in a case brought by three of the company's co-founders – represented by Hueston Hennigan LLP – seeking millions of dollars in damages for fraud, breach of partnership and breach of contract. U.S. District Judge Ronald S.W. Lew denied SFX and Sillerman's motion for summary judgment in its entirety, relying on the evidence adduced by Hueston Hennigan attorneys during discovery, showing ample evidence supporting claims of plaintiffs Paolo Moreno, Gabriel Moreno and Lawrence Vavra.
