Trial Win Featured in Forbes Article on Art and Collectibles Fraud

An article in the June 24 issue of Forbes details William Koch's wine fraud trial victory. After a three-week federal jury trial in April 2013, the trial team led by partners John Hueston, Marshall Camp, and Moez Kaba proved that the defendant, one of the largest individual wine sellers in the world, had knowingly and fraudulently sold and advertised high-end counterfeit wine to their client. The jury also awarded Koch $12 million in punitive damages.
