Antitrust

Hueston Hennigan attorneys have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil antitrust cases involving monopolization, price-fixing, and other antitrust claims. We also have a wealth of experience in representing corporations and individuals in criminal investigations by the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department.

Our antitrust practice is unique from the antitrust and trade regulation practice at larger law firms. Many large law firms maintain practice areas in which the lawyers focus exclusively on trade regulations issues, frequently for the purpose of providing advice on antitrust regulatory filings. In contrast, our antitrust attorneys are trial attorneys first, with meaningful experience on antitrust matters.
