Austin Reagan is an associate who focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Mr. Reagan clerked for the Hon. Robert D. Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. Lorna G. Schofield of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He was also a litigation associate with Arnold & Porter.
In law school, Mr. Reagan externed for the Hon. Albert Lauber of the U.S. Tax Court and served as articles and essays editor for the Yale Law Journal and articles editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review. He also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.

Representing the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research in a lawsuit challenging the decision by federal agencies to dismantle the National Center for Atmospheric Research. (See “Lawsuit challenges Trump admin’s plan to dismantle country’s largest climate research lab,” NBC News).
