Caroline Cohen is an associate who practices complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, she clerked for the Hon. Paul Barbadoro of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
During law school, Ms. Cohen served as a summer associate at WilmerHale. She also served as a symposium editor and comments editor for The University of Chicago Legal Forum and externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in both the Northern District of Illinois and the District of Colorado.
Before law school, she spent two years as chief research assistant to David Gergen at the Harvard Kennedy School.
