Daniel Sheehan manages all aspects of complex commercial litigation for a variety of clients.

Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Mr. Sheehan was a consultant with Sperling Economic Strategies, where he focused on research for Gene Sperling, former director of the National Economic Council under Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. He previously served as a Yale Public Interest Fellow with the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney, assisting the Affirmative Litigation Team with consumer protection suits under California’s Unfair Competition Law.

During law school, Mr. Sheehan was a research assistant for Professors David N. Schleicher and Oona A. Hathaway and was also the submissions editor of the Yale Journal of Law & Technology. Before law school, Mr. Sheehan was a Teach for America corps member in Marion, Alabama, where he taught seventh- and eighth-grade science.
