Deeksha Kohli focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and investigations, managing all aspects of a case for a variety of clients. She represents clients in securities class actions, derivative suits, employment claims, copyright/trademark infringement suits, false advertising claims, and breach of contract cases. She draws on an in-depth knowledge of the litigation process to help client meet their objectives.
Upon graduation, Ms. Kohli was elected to the Order of the Barristers, which recognizes excellence in oral and written advocacy. During law school, she also participated – and placed 3rd – in the Top Gun National Mock Trial Competition, which invites only the sixteen best advocates in the country to compete in a one on one trial competition with only 24 hours of preparation.
