Marcy Seo focuses on complex commercial litigation, managing all aspects of a case for a wide variety of clients. She has experience at various international law firms with a focus on electronic discovery, including responsiveness and privilege reviews, fact development, and deposition and trial preparation. Ms. Seo has worked on complex litigation cases, including consumer class actions, the False Claims Act, intellectual property, and antitrust matters. Additionally, Ms. Seo’s experience includes large scale government and internal investigations.
While in law school, Ms. Seo served as the articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review, and was a research assistant for Dean Kevin Johnson. She was a board member of Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and served on the International Law Committee for National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Ms. Seo was the co-founder of Korean American Law Students Association, and was Sacramento County Bar Association’s Diversity Fellow.
