Mindy Vo is an associate focusing on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Ms. Vo was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, where her work included white collar defense and investigations as well as complex litigation matters including securities fraud and stockholder lawsuits. She also managed pro bono matters including a veteran’s disability appeal, domestic violence restraining orders, and an asylum application.
Ms. Vo was a law clerk to the Hon. James V. Selna of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Nicole M. Heeseman of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. In law school, she was editor-in-chief of the Southern California Law Review and served as vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, among other activities. She also previously assisted self-represented litigants as a member of AmeriCorps.
