Mostafa El-Harazi focuses his practice on high-stakes business disputes, complex litigation, and white collar investigations.
While in law school, Mr. El-Harazi served as an executive editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law and was a competitor on the trial team. He was also a Salzburg Cutler Fellow and served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Legal Adviser, the Center for Justice and Accountability, and the Legal Aid Society. Mr. El-Harazi graduated with pro bono distinction and received the Noyes E. Leech Award for highest achievement in international law.
As an undergraduate student, Mr. El-Harazi interned for the Federal Trade Commission’s Office of the General Counsel.
Mr. El-Harazi is fluent in Arabic and proficient in Spanish.

Representing Edison International and Southern California Edison in mass tort litigation related to the 2020 Silverado Fire and the 2022 Fireview Fire.
Representing the Wilshire Law Firm against a former contractor and his law firm in a breach of contract case for stealing Wilshire’s clients and withholding Wilshire’s portion of fees for those clients.
