Nicholas Kellum focuses his practice on high-stakes business disputes, complex litigation, appeals, and white collar investigations.
Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Mr. Kellum was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
While in law school, Mr. Kellum served as the articles editor for the Harvard International Law Journal and the senior editor for the Harvard National Security Journal. He was a research assistant for the former CIA Chief of Counterterrorism Bernard Hudson at the Belfer Center and a research assistant for Professor Brady, updating the Restatement of Property with the American Law Institute.
Prior to going to law school, Mr. Kellum worked in a covert capacity for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
