Rami Bachour practices complex commercial litigation, managing all aspects of a case for a wide variety of clients.
During law school, Mr. Bachour served as an extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as a law clerk for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He was also the editor of the California Law Review.
Mr. Bachour is fluent in Arabic.
- Representing Southern California Edison and Edison International in litigation arising out of the 2017 Thomas Fire, the 2018 Montecito mudslides, and the 2018 Woolsey Fire.
- Advising an international e-commerce company with the implementation of The Parent’s Accountability and Child Protection Act, which requires age verification when selling certain products to minors.
