Rami Bachour practices complex commercial litigation, managing all aspects of a case for a wide variety of clients.

During law school, Mr. Bachour served as an extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as a law clerk for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He was also the editor of the California Law Review.

Mr. Bachour is fluent in Arabic.


Representing Southern California Edison and Edison International in litigation arising out of the 2017 Thomas Fire, the 2018 Montecito mudslides, and the 2018 Woolsey Fire.

Advising an international e-commerce company with the implementation of The Parent’s Accountability and Child Protection Act, which requires age verification when selling certain products to minors.
