Samantha Tan’s practice comprises a range of commercial litigation. Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Ms. Tan served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Edmond E. Chang of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and as an associate in the general litigation practice at Davis Polk.
During law school, Ms. Tan served as a development editor for the Columbia Law Review. She was an extern to the Hon. Robert D. Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and interned in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Tan is not yet admitted to practice in California.
