Steven McKany is a seasoned litigator with a focus on complex commercial litigation.
Over the years, Mr. McKany has litigated a variety of matters and honed his skills as an effective advocate. After graduating from law school, he practiced at a prominent securities class action firm where he worked on some of the largest cases in the field. He then transitioned to a boutique firm where he successfully represented clients in business disputes and other matters.
Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Mr. McKany practiced at a law firm nationally recognized as a leader in securities litigation and shareholder rights law. He helped shareholders and consumers recover losses, improved corporate governance structures, and held corporate executives accountable for their corporate mismanagement. He also represented individuals and businesses injured by anticompetitive conduct in violation of antitrust laws, and consumers damaged by unfair business practices.
