Tyler Dang focuses his practice on high-stakes business disputes, complex litigation, and white collar investigations. Mr. Dang has experience drafting dispositive motions, taking depositions, managing discovery, and preparing witness outlines for trial.
While in law school, Mr. Dang was a research assistant for Justice Goodwin Liu and served as the executive editor for the Yale Journal of Law & Technology. He was also a Coker Fellow in Instruction. He worked as a law student intern for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic and a summer law intern for the Attorney General’s Office for the California Department of Justice.

Representing a Western utility in litigation arising out of the 2020 Labor Day fires in California and Oregon.
Secured a complete victory for Amazon.com and Starbucks Corporation in novel class action litigation alleging the failure to warn customers that they were being monitored by “biometric technology” without providing notice. Favorably resolved a breach of contract case for Chapman University involving the change of name for a building provided in recognition of a foundation’s donation.
Representing TotalEnergies Renewables USA in a lawsuit against a solar module manufacturer involving fraud and breach of contract claims.
