Brian Hennigan was named “Litigator of the Week” by American Lawyer. Brian and his co-counsel, Lisa Blatt of Arnold & Porter, were recognized for a historic victory on behalf of client GlaxoSmithKline, in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ordered a new trial after a juror was improperly struck due to his sexual orientation.
