In a complete victory for FAT Brands, Hueston Hennigan persuaded the SEC to dismiss with prejudice its case against the company and several former top officials, which involved an alleged scheme to funnel company funds to FAT Brands’ former CEO.
The firm previously got the indictment dismissed by the DOJ. The team included Vicki Chou, Brian Hennigan, Thomas Zaccaro, Michael Purpura, Bram Alden, Alexis Blackmore, Khoa Nguyen, Lisa Chen and Collin Yeung.
