John C. Hueston has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2019 LA500, a list of the most influential people in Los Angeles.
The LA500 is an annual list that highlights the people, companies and transactions that have an impact on the business community. This is the second year that Mr. Hueston has been included on the list.
The Los Angeles Business Journal noted Mr. Hueston’s 9-0 win at the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of client Nutraceutical Corp., and his victory in representing Elon Musk in defeating the Securities and Exchange Commission’s attempt to hold the Tesla founder in contempt of court over tweets about the company.
