Hueston Hennigan prevailed on behalf of Peloton Interactive Inc., winning a motion to dismiss before Judge Richard Seeborg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco in an action alleging unfair competition, among other things.
The Court granted Peloton’s motion in full, finding that Plaintiff’s allegations of a scheme between Peloton and various other alleged employers lacked legal and factual merit.
