He further explained that he handled six trials in those years, more even than when he was a federal prosecutor. Following a two-week trial, an arbitrator awarded Monster and Orange Bang $175 million in damages, nearly $10 million in attorney’s fees and costs, and an extraordinary 5% royalty on all future sales of Bang Energy.
